2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Mainland China. For inquiries about shipping to other regions (like Hong Kong, Macau, or international destinations), please contact our customer service at service@zoao.com.cn.

3. Order Processing Time

After you place an order, our team processes it within 1–2 business days. This includes verifying payment, checking product availability, and preparing your items for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with trusted couriers (e.g., SF Express, YTO Express) to ensure timely delivery. Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Major Cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen): 2–3 business days after processing.
  • Provincial Capitals & Key Regions: 3–4 business days after processing.
  • Remote Areas (Counties, Townships): 4–6 business days after processing.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor delivery progress.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination. They’re automatically calculated at checkout and shown clearly before you finalize your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders totaling ¥399 or more (after discounts, before taxes).
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under ¥399, a flat rate of ¥12 applies (adjusted for remote areas as needed).

6. Order Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll send an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page. You can also track your order by logging into your Faibuy account and navigating to “Order History”.

7. Delivery Issues

Delayed Deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

Damaged or Missing Items
